CANCELATION | RESCHEDULE | NO SHOW POLICY: Cancellations, Rescheduling, No Show & Late Fee Policy- PLEASE READ!!!! Cancellations/Reschedules 48 hour notice is required for cancellations /rescheduling. If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment, you will be charged full price (minus the deposit) for the service you booked. Deposits are not refunded for cancelled appointments. You are allowed 1 (one) reschedule for your appointment as long as you contact me within a 48 hr notice. Reschedules are not allowed to be moved out more than 60 days from the original date of service. Non Refundable Deposit In order to secure your Appointment, A Non-Refundable Deposit will be due at the time of booking via credit/ debit card. A deposit is required for EVERY appointment and will be deducted from the card on file once appointment is booked. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is booked. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of service. Deposits & Appointments are non-transferable. FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED FOR BALANCE DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE: CASH & CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. Late Appointments I understand things happen that can cause us to be late. I offer a grace period of 5-10 minutes. If you are 15 minutes late then your appointment will have to be rescheduled and a late fee of $15 will be charged. By accepting late appointments I am subjected to running behind and not able to keep a timely schedule with clients. We encourage that you come in with your hair not matted or tangle, this will allow us to stay on schedule for your appointment, as well for other clients thereafter.
